Introduction

The following recipes have been developed to be as low in salt, sugar and fat, in particular saturated fat, and as high in fibre as possible while still retaining a good taste.  They have all been tried and tested. 

As I like cooking but dont like to have to spend ages over it, the recipes are meant to be fairly straight forward and not take an age in preparation.  The ingrdients should be quite easy to find too!
