“Gaynor is a very highly respected professional and is also a delightful human being. I would recommend her as providing excellent guidance and also, not always usual in her profession, as having a wide range of interests and understanding of issues beyond the confines of her day to day work.” February 17, 2010
Deputy Director General
“Gaynor managed a number of different issues while she was nutrition manager at the Food and Drink Federation (FDF) such as the Government salt campaign; the scientific rationale of Guidlines Daily Amounts and Nutrition profiles. Gaynor is a good nutrition communicator as she provides useful nutrition insight to the debate in question. She provides both scientific scrutiny as well as ensuring that the final proposal is practical and workable. I would not hesitate in recommending Gaynor to nutrition communication projects.
